How We Began
Morgan Composting is a family-owned business, founded in 1996 by Brad Morgan and his father, Dale. They started composting to solve a manure management challenge on their 200-head dairy farm. Today, the dairy herd is gone, and the business focuses entirely on producing high-quality compost, amendments, potting soils, and fertilizers.
Our Philosophy
- We believe there’s no single solution, but by building layers of good practices, you can achieve healthy soil and strong, thriving plants.
- Healthier plants mean a healthier you!
- Our goal is the same as yours. When a grower asks, “How do I get there?” we start by understanding where you’re starting from.
- With the support of our well-trained staff and an experienced agronomist, we can recommend and help implement an efficient, crop-specific program to get you there.
